GI Group are now seeking to appoint an Apprenticeships Skills Tutor in Brick to our public sector client based in Wath-upon-Dearne. The Apprenticeship Skills Tutor in Brick would lead and enhance the apprentice and employer experience through effective skills coaching and tutoring. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a passion for developing bricklaying apprentices or for an experienced Tutor/Assessor.

Main Duties of the Apprenticeship Skills Tutor in Brick:
* Design, develop and deliver highly inspirational teaching sessions to learners that cover the required knowledge, skills and behaviours
* Provide coaching and skills support through developmental feedback to ensure successful timely completion of End Point Assessment (EPA).
* Conduct regular tripartite reviews with the apprentice's line manager/mentor and apprentice to successfully complete timely EPA.
* Support the development and progression of a caseload of apprentices through onsite workplace visits in the creation of showcase evidence such as observations, reflective accounts, witness testimonies, professional discussions and any further evidence to support EPA requirements
* Set achievable tasks and provide assistance throughout the apprentice journey, including helping the apprentice to prepare for any functional skills assessments.

Role Requirements:
* A relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification
* Experience of supporting learners through assignments and assessments
* An assessment qualification A1/ V1/ CAVA or willingness to work towards
* An appropriate teaching qualification or willingness to work towards
* Excellent IT skills
