Job Summary :
HBK Manchester is expanding! We are looking for an experienced South Indian Culinary Expert with a passion for dosa, idli, sambar, and other southern delicacies.
Key Responsibilities:
Cook a variety of South Indian dishes: dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, rasam, and more
Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment
Innovate and update menu offerings based on regional specialities
Assist in training kitchen assistants and managing supplies
Ensure food safety compliance at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in South Indian cooking
Familiarity with South Indian kitchen equipment like dosa tawas and wet grinders
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
Sponsorship available for the right candidate
