Summary
School First Aid Officer30 hous per week 8:45am-3:15pm Monday-Friday Term time only (38 weeks of the year) and permanent.Full time equivalent £24,404-£25,992 (actual £16,545-£17,662 p/a paid in 12 equal installments).Wyedean School and Sixth Form Centre is a vibrant, inclusive, and forward-thinking comprehensive school located in the beautiful Wye Valley, serving over 1,000 students. This is a key role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our students and staff, providing high-quality first aid and medical support, and contributing to a safe and caring school environment.
You will be the first point of contact for medical needs during the school day, maintain our first aid facilities, and support students with ongoing medical conditions. You’ll also assist with administrative tasks related to attendance, SEND, and student welfare.What we are looking for:First Aid at Work Certificate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Calm, professional manner in emergencies
Strong organisational and IT skills
