Veterinary Nurse – in Lincolnshire

• Split-site variety – Work across two RCVS-accredited practices, offering both the buzz of a busy central clinic and the close-knit feel of a smaller, single-vet site
• Supportive leadership – Join a team led by a qualified Vet GDP advisor, with a strong focus on clinical standards, development, and collaboration
• Modern facilities – Access to state-of-the-art equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound, and an in-house lab to support high-quality patient care
• Work-life balance – Enjoy a 40-hour week with a fair 1 in 4 Saturday morning rota and time off in lieu to support a healthy work-life balance
• Generous Benefits package – Excellent salary of £30,500

This full-time role is split between two sites, offering variety and the chance to work in two distinctly rewarding environments. The main practice is a well-established, centrally located clinic with excellent transport links. Led by a supportive branch partner, who is also a qualified Vet GDP advisor, this practice is home to a passionate team committed to high clinical standards and continuous improvement.

The second site is a smaller, single-vet practice with a warm and friendly feel. It features one consult room, a theatre, and a prep area, all just off a pleasant reception space. It’s a great setting for nurses who enjoy forming close connections with clients and contributing meaningfully to a smaller, tight-knit team.

Across both practices, you’ll have access to modern, state-of-the-art equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound, and an in-house laboratory. Your role will include supporting nurse consults, and you’ll play a vital part in maintaining efficiency and contributing to overall practice performance.

The position is full time, working 40 hours per week—three days at the main practice and two days at the smaller site. There is a 1 in 4 Saturday morning rota, with time off in lieu provided. Shift patterns will vary to meet the needs of the team, so a flexible and collaborative approach is essential.

The Package:
• Excellent salary of £30,500
• Health care
• 5 weeks’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays rising to 6 with length of service
• additional paid day’s leave
• Clinical CPD: £750 per year plus 2 days’ paid leave
• Internal CPD and access to Clinical Communities
• Funded certificate opportunities
• VDS and RCVS fees paid
• Cycle to Work scheme
• Staff discount
