The Role
Job Title: Out of Hours Call Operator
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Shifts will be between the hours of 5pm and 9am, Monday to Friday, and either 9am to 9:30pm or 9:30pm to 9:00am at the weekends, participating in a flexible rota.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Derbyshire Out of Hours team as an Out Of Hours Call Operator, based in Sutton in Ashfield.
As the Call Operator you will participate in arranging emergency accommodation on behalf of the Derbyshire districts and boroughs in a compassionate, non-judgemental and professional manner. You will also support in maintaining good relationships with internal and external partnerships, maintain and review accurate records, be organised and efficient in responses and rota cover, working alongside the senior, service manager or nominee.
