Summary

Experienced Cover Supervisor Wanted – Hereford

Full-Time | Starting September 2025
Daily Rate: £90–£120 (PAYE)

    The Role

    You’ll be supervising classes of around 30 students, keeping lessons running smoothly in the absence of the regular teacher. All work is pre-prepared – your job is to:

    • Take the register and note absences


    • Keep students focused and on-task


    • Maintain a calm, productive atmosphere


    • Ensure the classroom is left neat and orderly


      What We’re Looking For

      • ✅ Over 12 months of experience as a Cover Supervisor


      • ✅ Confident classroom and behaviour management


      • ✅ A solid understanding of the National Curriculum


      • ✅ Flexibility to cover a variety of subjects


      • ✅ Excellent communication skills


      • ✅ Passion for education and working with young people


      • ✅ Available 8:30am – 3:30pm during term time
