About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you'll help be the go-to person for our customers from their first viewing to move-in day and beyond. You'll also be the eyes and ears on the ground, making sure our homes and developments are running smoothly and safely.

Please be aware that while this role is based remotely, the properties within your portfolio will be within a given drive time and distance from Nuneaton/ Tamworth. With this in mind we're only looking for applications from individuals living in these locations or the very immediate area.

The role comes with a company car for you to use whilst managing your portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Hosting engaging property viewings and helping people fall in love with their future home.
  • Discussing and recording feedback from our customers post viewing.
  • Drafting and preparing inventories and schedules of condition for your move ins and outs.
  • Managing move-ins and move-outs with a warm, professional touch across your portfolio.
  • Completing interim property and development inspections
  • Where required, working with the property management team to ensure maintenance and end of tenancy works are completed to a satisfactory level.
  • Making sure all tenancy documents are spot-on, and homes are ready for happy new tenants.

What You'll Bring

Must haves:

  • Experience in residential lettings, inventory management or property management (or related sectors)
  • A genuine love for customer service - you're friendly, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile.
  • Great communication skills - whether it's face-to-face, over the phone, or via email.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
  • A UK driving licence - you'll be out and about across your territory..
  • A self-starter mindset - you're organised, proactive, and great at managing your own time.
  • Calm under pressure - you keep things running smoothly, even on busy days.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
  • A "let's try it" attitude - we're bold and love fresh ideas.
  • Confident using IT systems and digital tools.
