We are looking for two enthusiastic Supervisors to join our team at a unique toastie-making concept during the Fringe Festival. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for food and customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee the daily operations of the toastie stand, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the staff to ensure compliance with food safety standards and efficient operation.
Train and support team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring there are adequate stocks to meet the demands of the festival.
Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must have eligibility to work in the UK.
Understanding of HACCP principles.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.
Previous supervisory experience is essential.
