Summary
Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details of responsibilities To build relationships with other agencies and providers. To identify potential clinical management problems and ensure that procedures and resources are in place to minimise or resolve the problem. Engage with various agencies to give telephone advice as part of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Crisis Care Concordat 24/7 First Response Model. To liaise with the clinical managers (during working hours) and on-call managers (out of hours) about clinical situations. To liaise with the general public, representing the service and offering professional advice where appropriate. To provide medical and mental health advice as outlined in the information sharing agreement. Handover the shift and communicate with other staff who are taking over the next span of duty.
