Patient Care: Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, assisting with hygiene, mobility, nutrition, hydration, and emotional well-being while maintaining patients' dignity and safety.
Clinical Support: Perform and record observations (e.g., vitals, blood glucose), assist with care plans, clinical tasks, mobility aids, and patient preparation for procedures.
Team Collaboration: Work within a multidisciplinary team and students, and contribute to handovers and meetings for seamless care delivery.
Administration: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
Development: Engage in training and development to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices.
General Duties: Maintain a clean, safe environment, support infection control, and undertake delegated tasks to ensure ward efficiency.
