Summary
Finishing Manager
A well-respected regional developer is currently looking for a Finishing Manager to join them on 50-unit traditional build residential development near Horsham. You will be overseeing the finishing stages of this development alongside a Senior Site Manager, this contract will run until December with the possibility of more work in the future.
Responsibilities for the Finishing Manager
- Oversee the finishing stages of 50 units
- Manage multiple plots concurrently
- Ensure all finishing works meet the required standards
- Maintain H&S standards
- Report on progress and issues to the Senior Site Manager
- Keep all relevant site documentation up to date
Requirements for the Finishing Manager
- Experience managing the finishing phases of residential developments
- Strong eye for detail and high standards of finish
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
- Valid CSCS and 1 st Aid
