Summary
Powder Coater/Shot Blasters
Uttoxeter
The company manufacture high quality finishes to heavy equipment for companies nationally. Due to continued growth and expansion, they now have a requirement for a number of Powder Coater/ Shot Blaster to join their growing business on a permeant basis.
Benefits:
• Overtime available
• Monday – Thursday role – No work Fridays!
• Onsite free parking
• Immediate starts available
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the correct product is in the correct bay
• Checking for damage to any of the parts and immediately reporting them to the Team Leader
• Checking route cards are for the right part
• Ensuring protection on the part is correct
• Processing items to a high standard and in accordance with specifications
• Plan work to minimise waste of raw materials and machinery
• Ensure extractors, doors and all other work equipment are working correctly
• Conduct basic reactive and preventative maintenance work on the equipment
• Monitor the machinery and promptly advise the Team Leader on any issues
• Complete and scan route cards
• Help load and unload as and when required
• General housekeeping duties
KEY SKILLS:
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Attention to detail
• FLT license and experience is a bonus but not essential
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 15:30
OR:
Monday – Thursday 15:30 – 01:00
Pay Rate:
£12.95 - £13.15 p/h (depending on experience)
