The School of Engineering based at our Hemel Hempstead campus are looking for a full time Lecturer who has recently graduated or who is working in industry and can use their industry knowledge to help our Civil Engineering learners excel within practical and theory environments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or a Civil Engineer in industry to work part time or fully change career into an educational setting and share knowledge and skills with the next generation.

The successful candidate will be teaching and assessing young adults on Pearson Level 3 full-time programmes which include BTEC and T Level Qualifications .
Our courses are delivered by tutors with extensive knowledge and professional expertise of the industry and work closely with employers to develop students and their own skills.

We are looking for someone with an enthusiasm for helping people of all ages and abilities to achieve their potential.

Knowledge of quantity surveying, CAD, BIM and digital technology are essential to this role. Holding a teaching qualification is desirable but not essential as training and the chance to achieve a teaching qualification whilst working for the College will be provided.
