Your new role
You'll be supporting the customer services team, contacting tenants by phone to arrange repairs, ensuring that job statuses are up-to-date and providing a broad administrative support function to the customer services and repairs teams.
What you'll need to succeed
Good communication skills and attention to detail are a must. Experience working in a similar role supporting tenants would be beneficial.
