Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their development and learning through engaging activities. Duties
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children in the nursery setting.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities to meet individual needs.
Manage daily routines and ensure the wellbeing of all children in your care.
Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall quality of care and education provided.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
Drive initiatives that encourage parental involvement in their child's learning journey.
Skills
Proven experience in early childhood education or childcare settings is essential.
Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire both children and fellow educators.
Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics while fostering a positive learning environment.
Experience working with children of various ages within a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and supporting their growth through play-based learning activities.
