Summary
Cook a diverse range of traditional curry dishes, preserving authentic flavours and traditional preparation methods.
Ensure each dish is consistently rich in aroma, taste, and presentation quality.
Oversee stock levels and ensure all essential ingredients are fresh and available.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain effective and efficient kitchen operations.
Support and train junior team members in curry-making skills and kitchen procedures.
Contribute to the development of new curry recipes and updates to seasonal menus.
Monitor and maintain high standards in taste, texture, and overall dish quality.
Rigorously follow all health, hygiene, and food safety regulations in the kitchen.
