We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Children’s Home Manager to lead the registration and operations of a new Ofsted-regulated children’s home, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is an exciting opportunity for a current Registered Manager or Deputy looking to step up and make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage an Ofsted-registered children’s home
Deliver trauma-informed, person-centred care
Safeguard and support children with complex needs
Inspire, manage, and support your team
Drive quality improvement and compliance
Oversee service operations, including staffing, risk, budgets, and performance
About You:
Proven experience in children’s residential care
Strong understanding of Ofsted standards and safeguarding
Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
Skilled in leading teams and managing behaviours associated with trauma
IT-confident and data-literate
Driven, compassionate, and resilient
