Summary
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a dynamic and digitally savvy Head of Marketing to lead our digital-first strategy, strengthen our online presence, and drive recruitment growth. This high-impact leadership role will shape how we connect with audiences, build brand visibility, and enhance conversion through innovative digital solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
As Head of Marketing, you will be tasked with:
Developing and delivering a Digital First Marketing Strategy that supports recruitment growth and drives brand engagement.
Leading a high-performing team of digital, design and content specialists, while managing relationships with external agencies.
Overseeing digital campaigns, content creation, social media, and email marketing automation (Click Dimensions), ensuring GDPR compliance.
Supporting cross-functional collaboration with Curriculum and Business Development teams to meet strategic goals.
Managing campaign analytics, digital channel performance, and customer journey optimisation (CRO) to maximise ROI.
Producing monthly reports, managing budgets, and supporting the launch of Multiversity in 2027.
Requirements:
Demonstrated record of success in digital marketing in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with marketing automation and programmatic digital platforms.
A love of data and be very comfortable taking many data sources, interpreting them, and understanding the logical next steps.
Great hands-on leader of a high-performing team and an exceptional influencer.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to confidently challenge constructively at all levels, including management.
Experience of marketing automation tools
