We're looking for a Workshop Manager to lead a busy team of HGV Technicians. The role involves managing day-to-day operations in the workshop, ensuring repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

People management experience is essential for this role - you should be able to motivate, support and develop your team, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities of Workshop Manager:

• Lead and manage a team of HGV Technicians
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed safely, efficiently and on time
• Support and develop workshop team members
• Manage workshop workflow, resources and productivity
• Identify and resolve any issues affecting operations
• Maintain health and safety standards

Skills and Qualifications for Workshop Manager:

• Proven people management experience is essential
• Technical knowledge of HGV repairs and maintenance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to organise workloads and meet tight timelines
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
