In this varied and engaging role, our floating support team work across a variety of Dimensions locations, supporting adults with learning difficulties to live happy and fulfilled lives by promoting independence through person-centered care.

This includes supporting people with; wellbeing; finances; personal care; medication administration; mobility; meal preparation; accessing the community and attending appointments; and keeping in touch with family.

Due to the large area that we cover, a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
