Summary

We are looking for a full time Support Worker in Southampton to cover various shifts. We offer fantastic benefits, training and a great team environment.

You will support two gentleman aged in their late 50's who are extremely sociable and affectionate. They enjoy eating out and going on walks. They love animals, enjoy feeding the ducks and gardening. They also enjoy going to the cinema, bowling and have a close relationship with their families.

One of the people we support is a person with autism, their routine is really important. Both gentlemen have some 1:1 support and shared support. There is lone working for a few hours in the morning and evening.

Shift patterns - 7am - 2:30pm / 2:30pm - 10pm and alternate weekends (sleep in required)
