Ready for your next leadership challenge?We·re looking for a passionate and experienced **Team Leader** to manage a small team of dedicated Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) within police custody suites. What You'll Do- Lead and support a team of HCPs delivering high-quality care to detainees- Ensure accurate clinical assessments and wellbeing checks- Manage rotas, cover gaps, and provide hands-on support when needed- Supervise, mentor, and appraise team members- Work closely with Clinical Leads to uphold national governance standards
What You'll Need- Registered Nurse (RN Adult, RMN with dual registration, RGN) or Paramedic- 12+ months experience in a custody setting- 3+ years post-qualification in relevant areas (e.g., ED, GP, prison healthcare, mental health)- Up-to-date training and working towards FFLM qualification- Manual UK driving licence (unrestricted)- 3 years UK residency (for police vetting)
