Crynodeb
Our client is looking for two additional members of staff to support them in a customer facing position providing customer support with revenue and benefits. Resolving any queries at first point of contact where possible and liaising with the team when necessary.
Must be competent in using iWorld/NEC, have customer facing service experience and at least 2 years revenues and benefits experience.
This is a temporary assignment for approximately 4 months whilst recruitment activities for the permanent position are taking place.
Full time Monday to Friday.
