Essential Criteria:
Applicants must hold a valid Green CSCS Labouring card
Applicants must have a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle (to be able to travel between sites)
Full time, 40 hours per week
Fixed Term until 31/10/2026
£27,919 gross per annum

Duties:
To assist in carrying out the full range of semi-skilled labouring tasks at any site within the ownership or responsibility of Creating Enterprise to the relevant quality standard, ensuring work is carried out within agreed targets and time-scales, for example ensuring work is completed in time and at the standard for next fix work to take place.
Work in any operational team as directed.
To assist the other trade technicians/contractors in any relevant manual handling works, excavation and/or prepara-tion work.
To support the operations team in the delivery of trade-based work on site, duties will be defined by line manager prior to the commencement of work or project.
Removal and disposal of rubbish and waste materials from designated site.
Competently use a hand held device, on a daily basis, to receive and complete all jobs.
Fill out recycling job sheets.
To ensure properties, assets and work locations are left in acceptable levels of cleanliness after works have been car-ried out.
Be responsible for site keys and security, i.e. opening and closing the site each morning and evening including contain-ers etc.
Maintain site walkways and barriers in accordance with site H&S requirements.
Comply with Health & Safety legislation and in accordance with Creating Enterprise’s Health & Safety policy and procedures without exception.
