JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a someone who’s worked as a Mechanical and/or Pneumatic Fitter / Assembler / Machine Builder / Manufacturing Production Assembly Technician or has experience within a similar environment.
The company design and assemble High Tech machines and are looking for a self-motivated individual that can work independently and as a key part of their team.
Working as a Manufacturing Production Mechanical Fitter / Machine Builder you will assemble machine parts to include Bearings, Seals, Pulleys, Belts, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Ball screws, Linear Rails, Servo Motors etc.
As a Manufacturing Production Mechanical Fitter / Machine Builder you will join a small but successful company where you will feel part of the team from day one where you will assemble machines in the factory and complete tests prior to shipping.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Manufacturing Production Mechanical Fitter / Machine Builder include:
• Mechanical assembly
• Pneumatic assembly
• Identifying parts and assemblies from drawings
• Accurately assembling high precision machines using correct tools and equipment
• Receiving and despatching spare parts
• Service and installations
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment as either a Mechanical and/or Pneumatic Fitter / Assembler / Machine Builder / Manufacturing Production Assembly Technician or within a similar environment
• Forklift truck license is an advantage – if not, training will be provided for occasional use on site
• A full UK Driving Licence and Passport without travel restrictions are required for some occasional site visits
• Electrical knowledge an advantage
