Summary

Our client located in Harrogate are recruiting for a Customer Experience Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. By managing key accounts and the highest spenders, you will build and maintain great customer relationships, by regularly liaising with day to contacts and decision makers.

Responsibilities:

Booking review meetings for team leaders to attend.
Consult on the use of products across the accounts.
Answering inbound phone calls in a busy sales office environment and making outbound phone calls to your accounts
Team approach to a group sales inbox
Maintaining customer portal accounts & maintaining customer details
Dealing with complex queries and offering advice on product selection
The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in:

Sales target strategies and key performance indicators
Management of customer accounts
Proven sales experience, including new or additional business strategies
Achieving sales targets and delivering against key performance indicators
Team work
Customer service and excellent communication
Problem solving and complaints management
Word, Excel, e-mail, Sage 200 and CRM.
Hours of work - Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Our client is offering a salary of £27,000 OTE £30,000 with additional retention based bonus.
