Summary
To interrogate and analyse all associated systems to produce relevant performance reports based on all aspects of roster production, temporary staffing and management. Have the ability to produce a range of reports upon user request, along with having a thorough understanding of the data provided. Analyse system reports and use of the Yellowfin Dashboard to identify data quality metrics and proactively approach performance issues with end users, Ward Managers and Senior Clinical Matrons. To assist where necessary in delivering strategic projects in line with NHSI recommendation, such as Lord Care E-Rostering Efficiencies and Levels Of Attainment requirements. To support Staffing System Support staff and area managers to identify and achieve key performance targets from a local and national perspective; working together to ensure KPIs are measureable and realistic. Plan and schedule work to deliver tasks required within project plan to timescale, evaluating & developing own practice.
