Head Chef - Sidcup
£32,983 per annum
Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 2:30pm

What You’ll DoLead and inspire a kitchen team of 8, serving up to 250 customers
Deliver high-quality, sustainable meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Plan menus, manage stock, and ensure food and safety compliance (HACCP, COSHH, Natasha’s Law)
Support our journey to net zero by 2030
Maintain cost control and drive food sales with innovative ideas
Create a welcoming kitchen culture focused on development and excellence
Proven experience in a similar Head Chef role, ideally in contract catering
Excellent culinary and presentation skills
Strong leadership with a progressive mindset
Sound knowledge of food safety, allergens, budgeting, and stock control
Passionate about fresh, quality food and customer satisfaction
