Summary
Search Driving Scotland is growing and we are looking to add to the team.
We are currently looking for a resourcer to help support the team in sourcing driving candidates across Scotland.
This role is pivotal in ensuring we meet the needs of our clients in terms of sourcing the best candidate.
The role will include:
*Ensuring all adverts are placed on various job boards
* Speaking with any suitable candidates and taking them through a pre-screen interview
* Making them compliant by doing all relevant checks including PORTW and driver checks
*Keeping their weekly availability up to date
* Managing holidays
Ideally you will have some knowledge of the logistics industry, but full training will be given. You must be a good communicator and attention to detail is paramount. This position is office based, Monday to Friday.
