Summary
Car Sales Administrator – Stockport {Temp role}
Location: Stockport
Contract: Temporary (Minimum 11 weeks) working 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday
Start Date: Immediate
We’re currently working with a fantastic client in Stockport who is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support their retail sales team on a temporary basis for around 11 weeks initially.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, confident, and experienced in the fast-paced world of automotive administration.
Key Responsibilities:
The main duties of this Sales Administrator role will include:
Accurately processing customer vehicle orders and related administration
Ordering new vehicles and managing stock systems for both new and used cars
Taxing vehicles and preparing all relevant documentation
Liaising with Retail Managers to collate finance paperwork and ensure accurate submissions
Raising purchase requisitions and producing invoices
Tracking order statuses and supporting internal departments
Acting as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams
Maintaining a high level of organisation to manage a busy and varied workload
What We’re Looking For:
The successful candidate for this Sales Administrator position will possess:
Previous experience in a sales administration role (preferably within the motor trade but not essential)
Exceptional attention to detail and administrative accuracy
Confident communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
