Summary

Cygnet Group are looking for an outstanding Bank Autism Support Worker to assist with delivering excellent care at Glyn House (ST11 9JG)

This role offers flexibility to choose shifts/hours that suit you whilst supporting with sickness and annual leave.

Glyn House supports individuals aged 18+ with autism and complex behavioural support needs. We provide specialist care and support which is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration.

*Candidate for this role will need to have a minimum of 6 months of experience working with adults with Autism and Complex Behaviours*

Your day-to-day…

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs
  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
