Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during exams to ensure that all rules and regulations are followed.
- Distribute and collect exam materials such as question papers and answer booklets.
- Assist in seating students according to the seating plan.
- Maintain a calm and controlled environment, addressing any issues discreetly.
- Report any incidents or irregularities during exams to the exam coordinator.
- Provide support to students where necessary, such as assisting with queries within exam guidelines.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional.
- Able to remain calm under pressure.
- No previous invigilating experience is required, as full training will be provided.
- An enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) will be required - assistance can be provided if needed.
