Summary
Production Manager: Specsavers Lab
As a Production Manager at Specsavers, you’ll lead a team of skilled lab technicians to deliver the highest standards in quality, service & efficiency. You’ll ensure that the team’s performance aligns with our vision and values & you’ll play a key role in bringing our leadership goals to life on the ground.
You’ll take ownership of training, coaching & supporting your team, creating a positive & productive working environment. Your aim will be to deliver the highest quality glazing service to our stores, helping to maximise sales and profitability through effective lab management.
This is a hands-on role. One day you could be repairing spectacles, the next you could be glazing or tinting single vision lenses. You'll be constantly learning, developing your technical knowledge & leadership skills & helping your team do the same.
We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills & a collaborative approach. You should be friendly, well-organised & able to present a professional image at all times. Above all, you'll be a passionate ambassador for the Specsavers brand, committed to delivering excellence in everything you do.
