Operating out of a 42,000 sq. ft. manufacturing site, we pride ourselves on the personal service and care that we provide our customers and have a wealth of experience within many different sheet metal disciplines.
Our highly qualified and motivated workforce have extensive industry and manufacturing knowledge and have the capacity to accommodate both small batch orders and high volume production.

Requirements
We are currently seeking a Powder Coater/Wet Paint Supervisor to operate within our expanding sheet metal fabrication organisation.
We are looking for a hard-working, competent, experienced individual with great attention to detail who can facilitate and advise in the set-up, maintenance and general operation of a new paint plant. You will be punctual and reliable, have good communication skills, be a flexible team player and have the ability to work on your own initiative. Productivity, effectiveness and a good work ethic and are crucial.
Ideal candidates will have experience including but not limited to:
• Operating and maintaining equipment needed to perform the job
• Reading and work from engineering drawings
• Good understanding of the manufacture of small volume parts to close tolerances
• Previous experience in a sheet metal worker role
• Jigging up and preparation of products prior to powder coating
• Powder coating a variety of metal materials for different sectors of manufacturing
• Conducting regular quality checks such as visual checks, taking measurements or adhesion testing
• Maintaining and complying with all quality systems especially on oven temperature profiles and pre-treatment chemicals
Details:
Job Type: Permanent. Full time.
Standard Working Hours: Basic 39 hour week. Mon-Thurs 8am to 5pm, Fri 8am to 1pm. Overtime available.
Salary: Hourly rate dependent on experience and ability. Salary paid weekly.
