• Have a holistic approach to learning to enable all children to make demonstrable progress in both academic learning and Personal, Social and Emotional development;
• Have consistently high expectations of yourself and others so that behaviour, inclusivity and children’s learning are of the highest standard;

• Take leadership responsibility when other senior leaders are off site;

• Implement and review strategies to support children’s educational health care plans
• Be prepared to work flexibly as part of a collaborative partnership.

At Wyvil we can offer you:

• The development of leadership skills and strategies to enable you to take the next step into senior leadership, such as assistant, deputy or head teacher;
• The opportunity to share ideas in a school which is striving to be at the forefront of best SEND practice;
• A forward thinking and inclusive team;
