Summary
CF Services has been providing furniture and flooring solutions to local authorities, housing associations and caring organisations since 1997. Our aim is to provide a single source of quality domestic furnishings - all to meet a budget set by our customers.
Due to continued expansion, we now have a vacancy for the following person at our East Kilbride Depot.
Key Account Administrator
Job Type: Full-time
Salary - £23k - £25k
Ideally you will be a forward thinking, motivated team player with a lively personality, an assertive nature and an excellent eye for detail. This is a high-pressured role, but we believe a very rewarding role. You will be helping to improve the lives of others.
Key functions are:
To key sales orders onto the system using Sage Line 50
Liaise with installers and handle the flow of paperwork to the warehouse
Invoice previous days’ jobs
Liaising with clients via telephone and e-mail
You will be the dedicated point of contact for a Key Customer
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Good telephone skills
Experience working in an office environment
Work well under pressure
Strong customer focus
Excellent organisational skills
Full Training will be provided on our systems and procedures.
