This is a ZERO Hours contract and applicants must be able to work away from home and be available weekends and Bank Holidays as well as during the week.
You must be physically able to handle loading and unloading luggage of different sizes and be able to stand/walk for extended periods and balance yourself on-board the coach.
Your duties will include preparing the coach for tours and day trips, setting up the servery, distribution of rubbish bags, on-board menus and brochures and the upselling of upcoming special offers, tours and day trips. Welcoming passengers on-board, recording the amount of cases for the return journey, serving drinks/snacks, observe all H&S policies for the safety of all passengers and crew at all times. Check-in at accommodation and venues, distribute room keys/tickets when required. Liase with the office, accommodation and venue/s visited, update passengers with comfort stops, itineraries, eta's to accommodation and any other relevant information. Keep coach clean, tidy and free of rubbish at all times. To be available in resort and venues for passengers if they require any help. Leave the coach clean before leaving the depot on your return. Any other reasonable request made by the management to carry out company related duties.
