Summary
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients health and care needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based care plans. Deliver high standards of clinical care independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Supervise, mentor, and support junior staff, including healthcare assistants and student nurses. Take charge of shifts, managing staff and resources to maintain safe and effective service delivery. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all care provided. Promote and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff. Participate in clinical audits, service development initiatives, and quality improvement projects.
