Exciting opportunities have arisen to recruit passionate, dedicated and highly motivated Healthcare Assistants that are excited to be part of MSU CAMHS at Ardenleigh hospital.
You will work alongside a highly skilled team of multidisciplinary professionals to meet the complex needs of young people. We are looking for applicants who have a specific interest to work with young people, within secure settings to provide them with high quality care to support their recovery journey.
To work within an established team who always strive to offer high quality care to our service users. We are looking for someone who can adapt to change, be open to new experiences and is able to communicate easily with people from diverse backgrounds. You will receive regular clinical supervision/reflective practice from a range of professionals to enable you to excel within your role on the ward. You will also have access to additional training to enhance your learning around Trauma Informed Care, working with families, child development and Dialectical Behavioural Skills awareness.
