Conduct advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on equipment and machinery.
Oversee workshop activities, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, servicing, and parts inventory.
Collaborate with engineers and project teams for specialized fabrication and assembly tasks.
Ensure workshop equipment is maintained and operational.
Uphold health and safety regulations to create a secure working environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior technician role, preferably in a workshop setting.
Strong technical expertise in machinery repairs, fabrication, and assembly.
Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with health and safety procedures within a workshop.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanical engineering, machining, or a related field
