Join a passionate team at the forefront of supporting survivors of domestic abuse. We're looking for a dedicated Domestic Abuse Practitioner to help empower individuals, promote safety, and build resilience across our community.

What You'll Do:
- Provide one-to-one support and advocacy for survivors.
- Carry out risk assessments and create safety plans.
- Connect clients with vital services - legal, housing, health, and more.
- Deliver training and raise awareness around domestic abuse.
- Keep accurate, confidential case records.
- Work closely with partner agencies to strengthen support networks.
- Contribute to team meetings and service improvements.
- Stay up to date on legislation and best practices.
What You'll Bring:
- Fluency in a South Asian language, French, or Italian is essential
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Experience supporting survivors or working in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of domestic abuse and its impact.
- Excellent communication and empathy.
- Confidence working independently and in a team.
- Solid IT skills, including case management systems.
- Knowledge of local support services.
- A commitment to learning and professional growth.
