Educate Group is urgently recruiting Nursery Assistants to work with nurseries across Flintshire and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

• Support children aged 6 months to 3 years

  
  

• Help create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment

  
  

• Assist with meals, naps, and playtime

  
  

• Work with small groups or 1:1, including children with additional needs

  
  What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with children is a plus (no formal qualifications required)

    
    

  • Knowledge of EYFS is helpful

    
    

  • Flexible, positive, and great with communication

    
    

  • Able to think on your feet and adapt activities as needed
