Summary
We are currently looking for a dedicated, professional, and experienced Manager with an outgoing personality and a positive attitude to provide excellent customer service.
We are looking for an energetic Manager to lead and develop the Bubble Tea team. A Manager, who will set shop objectives that not only achieve but succeed in company targets. This could be a great opportunity for someone with management experience at Assistant Manager level in the hospitality sector to take their next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the store including scheduling, sales, and customer service whilst regularly reporting to the area manager.
Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
Help resolve customer issues and concerns.
Be a part of the team and work with other stores as needed.
Maintain a positive attitude and work with integrity.
Identify and develop potential team members for advancement.
Disciplinaries, absences and sicknesses.

Qualifications/Skills:
Previous experience in retail or food service in a restaurant setting.
Passion for food, drinks, and customer service.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Responsible for maintaining open communication and ongoing training with team members.
Ability to drive sales and meet KPIs.
