Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role at Technique Training in Chesterfield. The Salesperson will be responsible for promoting training courses, engaging with potential candidates, providing information on courses, and assisting with enrollment processes. The role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their training needs, and meeting sales targets. Training will be provided on the technical aspects of our courses as the role also involves advising potential customers on the correct pathways to take to acheive their goals.
Qualifications
Sales experience and excellent communication skills
Ability to understand and promote technical training courses
Customer service skills and relationship-building abilities
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets
Knowledge of the training industry or willingness to learn
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
GCSE's or equivalent; additional sales training is beneficial
