As a Mailroom Porter, you will be responsible for delivering safe and compliant mail and porterage services on time and within budget, while providing an exceptional customer experience at a high-profile site and for VIPs. A strong attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to maintain excellent working relationships with ISS building users, customers, and the ISS Operations Performance and support teams. This is a key aspect of the role.

Our Porters play a key role in the site's operations, ensuring they are always running smoothly ensuring an excellent standard of cleanliness and safety.

The Role

Receive, sort, and distribute mail, parcels, and internal courier items to the appropriate recipients

Load and unload vehicles from supply partners and courier services

Maintain up-to-date names at collection points and pigeonholes in the post room

Oversee equipment related to mail services, including franking machines and trolleys, in accordance with contractual requirements

Integrate into a team, supporting with all aspects of the working environment

Uphold our Health & Safety values, always keeping a secure and safe environment

Keep in line with our standards of accuracy
