Job Description

As a Plumber, you will provide high-quality plumbing and general building maintenance services across client properties within a designated region.

Your responsibilities will include fault finding, repairs, ongoing maintenance, and installations, ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently and in line with safety and compliance standards.

You will play a key role in delivering a consistent and reliable maintenance service that reflects our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out scheduled inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems following diagrams and manufacturer guidelines
Diagnose and resolve faults, including clogged drains, cracked pipes, and malfunctioning fixtures
Maintain and repair complex systems such as washers, steam cleaners, compressors, and drainage systems
Install, modify, and test plumbing systems, including backflow prevention devices, using appropriate methods and materials
Interpret building plans and blueprints to plan and execute plumbing layouts and installations
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety policies

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications


​Previous experience delivering plumbing and building services maintenance in commercial environments
Skilled in fault finding, maintenance, and installation
Qualified to Level 3 in Plumbing
Full UK Driving Licence
