What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting classroom teaching across multiple subjects
• Delivering 1:1 and small group SEN interventions
• Collaborating with teachers and SEN staff to personalise learning
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote engagement
• Providing academic and emotional support to students
