SPECIFICATION:
Remove the existing aluminium capping and set aside to be reinstated. Prepare the existing roof coverings and leave ready to receive the new waterproofing system. Install a 2-layer high performance waterproofing system. The system will include an underlay and will be finished with a mineralised cap sheet. Form all details and flashings from the same. Cut a chase in the masonry and Install counter flashings formed from a lead replacement material flashing wedged into the chase and point with mastic. Reinstate the salvaged aluminium capping.
