We are recruiting for a well-established company based in Mansfield

The full-time temp - perm role for the right candidate

Working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours (8.30 - 5pm)

We are looking to hire a Customer Service Executive to assist our Customer Services Team.

Working within a small team and working to the ethos that the customer is at the heart of everything we do, your role will be to provide excellent, courteous, helpful, and expert guidance to our customers.

Duties will include:

âœ“ Dealing with customer enquiries, queries and complaints via telephone and email.

âœ“ Answering internal order queries.

âœ“ Have previous customer service experience or have worked in a similar role. âœ“ Be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

âœ“ Be enthusiastic and motivated.

âœ“ Have great interpersonal skills.

âœ“ Have an excellent telephone manner.

âœ“ Have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.

âœ“ Be hard working
