Summary
A lovely family based in Reading, Berkshire, is seeking an after-school Nanny to care for their two school-aged children. The role includes all general nanny duties. A driver with their own car is required, although the family is happy to provide a car if needed. The candidate must be pet-friendly, as the family has a cat. Although the family is based in Reading, the children attend school in Surrey, so the role involves commuting, which is ideal for someone who is comfortable with this. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, from 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm.
Duties include:
preparing healthy meals and snacks
washing and dressing the children
helping with homework
doing after-school activities with the children
preparing recreational activities that will boost the children’s physical and mental development
maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children
doing arts and crafts
taking the children to parks and playgrounds
preparing them for bed and reading them stories
